These General Terms and Conditions (GTCs) regulate the relationship between the users (referred to in the following as Users) and Innomediary (referred to in the following as Innomediary) for the use of the Innomediary website. The users must register with Innomediary and accept these GTCs in order to be able to participate on Challenge innovation projects on the Innomediary website.

1. Erasmus University Students

Participation in Innomediary is only possible if you are studying at the Erasmus University Rotterdam. Participation is not allowed for students studying on other Universities.

2. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights accruing within the context of a Challenge belong to the organization which has set out the Challenge. In particular, the company is authorised to register the respective trademark, design and patent rights.

3. The financial reward is not tax-free

The price money mentioned on the Innomediary website are gross amounts.

4. Reward disbursement

The rewards will be paid out through bank transfer. After the 8 challenges have finished, we will count the total reward won of each User. Users wo have won will be contact by e-mail for their bank account number.

5. Liability Innomediary

Innomediary is not responsible for the contents of the Challenges, the content of Ideas or the selection of winning Ideas.

6. Account removal

Innomediary reserves the right to delete user accounts with incomplete registrations.

7. Availability

The user recognises that the 100% availability of the Innomediary website cannot be realised for technical reasons. However Innomediary makes the effort to keep the Innomediary website constantly available to as great an extent as possible. In particular, maintenance, security or capacity issues as well as events that do not lie in Innomediary’s sphere of influence (e.g. interruptions in public communication networks, power outages etc.) could lead to short-term interruptions or the temporary suspension of Innomediary services.
